Start reading and writing:

Sometimes we overthink, and sometimes we underthink. This is a common occurrence in life. Write when you are overthinking and read when you are underthinking. By reading you can fill your mind with positivity and new thoughts. It will help you to release your negative energy and thoughts.

Start traveling and meet strangers:

We were taught from childhood that we should not talk to strangers. The world is full of wonderful souls, but you have to be one to find them. Travel is the best cure ever. When you travel you meet new people, you discover the unseen and you experience things that were never imagined. This will make you realize how beautiful your present life is. It will open a new opportunity for you when you meet strangers. Start traveling and start meeting strangers.
